With over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Director and Designer Fiona is a true expert in creating fabulous cakes that really are works of art. Her limitless imagination and attention to detail mean that she will create something to fulfil all of your requirements, whatever you have in mind. Witnessing the satisfaction on her clients’ faces is what drives Fiona to continue to learn and grow, and she admits, “nothing brings me more pleasure than creating masterpieces that make my customers’ dreams come true”.

Her fascination with baking and artistic creations dates all the way back to her childhood. Fiona grew up in an Italian family where she was constantly attached to her mother’s and grandmother’s hips in the kitchen.  Learning the family’s baking secretsover the years ignited her passion and she became keen to develop her own culinary and creative skills. After completing a Certificate III in Pastry and Baking and being rewarded with a highest achievement award of her graduating year, Fiona knew that she was destined to put her talent to good use, and thus Something about Cake was born!
