The main objective is to get to know the bride and groom in order to know their tastes, type of guests, wedding style, etc. Afterwards, they present a personalized project with all the products and services necessary for the celebration of the wedding day, facilitating, from the beginning, absolute control of the budget available for the wedding. They work with 4 packages, but they can be adapted to your measure if you wish. DoPessao ao Altar is located in the Algarve, however, they organize weddings throughout mainland Portugal. Pack 1 - From the Order to the Altar Complete Assistance, includes wedding design project and coordination of the day:

• Initial meeting to meet the bride and groom and the style of the wedding (can be done via Skype, if the bride and groom do not reside in Portugal);
• 2nd meeting with the bride and groom in person during the week of the wedding to talk about the event's itinerary/timings and clear up any doubts;
• Conception, planning, organization and production of the ceremony and party;
• Budget management and review;
• Selection, contact and management of all suppliers: space, catering, animation, photography, make-up, photographer, DJ, band, guest transport, rental of decoration accessories, furniture and other services;
• Graphic design of the stationary with packages at special prices for our customers;
• Creation from scratch of the ceremony decoration project + wedding reception and execution of the projects;
• Carrying out technical visits before the wedding to study the size of the spaces;
• Styling advice;
• Advice and follow-up on the wedding day;
• Payment of suppliers (optional);
• Planning of the tables in the space and the places for the guests;
• Elaboration of the wedding website (optional);
• Advising the bride and groom during the entire planning phase via mobile phone, email, skype and social media.

The sooner the bride and groom reserve the date the better, in this package the advisory needs to deal with and take care of many details.

Pack 2 - From Request to Altar Event Design and Styling (Ceremony and Wedding Reception):

• Initial meeting to get to know the bride and groom and the style of the wedding; (in person or via skype)
• Visit to the ceremony space and wedding reception before the wedding for the elaboration of the project;
• Creation of custom decoration project from scratch;
• Selection of furniture, pieces, flowers, everything necessary to compose the project concept;
• Creation of the floral design to match the style of the decoration project;
• Set-up and execution of the design/styling for the ceremony and party by the Do Request to the Altar team.

Who is it for?

To the bride and groom who choose to organize their own wedding, but who want the help of a professional specialized in event decoration. In this package, the work is directed only to decorator services.

Pack 3 - From the Request to the Altar Coordination/Final advice directed to the actual day:

• Initial meeting to get to know the bride and groom and the style of the wedding; (in person or via skype)
• In the week of the event: confirmation with all contracted suppliers to inform them about the timing of the event and offer support;
• Organization of the parade at the ceremony and attention to all details;
• Reception of guests and family at the ceremony and reception of water;
• Organization/follow-up of the photo session, greetings, speeches, the bride and groom's first dance, time to throw the bouquet, etc. (Coordination of the entire protocol and steps of the wedding so that nothing is forgotten)
• Distribution of gifts and attention to the book of honor so that all guests leave a dedication to the bride and groom;
• Wedding Planner and assistant(s) according to the number of guests;
• Includes 2 hours of work on the ceremony + 6 hours on the wedding reception (8 hours).
