This restaurant professional does not use fresh and seasonal products with a focus on local production. His dishes are always prepared at the moment: the ingredients are chiseled, detailed and cooked at the last minute so that everything is of a irreproachable freshness so that quality and taste are irreproachable.

What can we say about Bruno except that he will be the architect of a successful event. They say a wedding is best remembered for the music and the food. And of course on this second point, everything he was able to offer us was a real success. Whether it was the quality of the dishes offered (cocktails, dinner, brunch, midnight snack) of which everything was delicious, the professionalism of its teams (big up to Carole), or even Bruno himself who was extremely flexible throughout of our wedding (dishes adapted for vegetarians and vegans, adaptation of the schedule...), he is a professional of rare quality, who will not fail you.
Bruno is the dream caterer: first of all on a human level: Bruno is a person who knows how to put people at ease (this is also what was decisive for us in our choice), but also someone who is at ease. listening, available and the impossible does not exist for him.
